| The reason for today's visit is due to a complaint, # 26709. The complaint was about open fruit can in refrigerator, dirty floor and sink. Mold on the refrigerator also. Spoke to the manager who was aware of the complaint and said they are working on correcting the problem. A visit to the kitchen observed that the refrigerator had been cleaned. The walls were being cleaned. Food temperatures were good. The food in the refrigerators was also in sealed packages. The management in this firm is taking a pro-active approach to correcting issues. A review of the reportable illnesses was also discus while I was on site along with handouts covering reportable illnesses,. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 12/20/2012 | Complaint |
