A statement from the Engineer / Contractor or Building Official certifying that the potable water distribution system, (plumbing), was disinfected and flushed is required. | Construction walk thru inspection. #1 Waste line, under 3 compartment sink , threaded supports used. Change to stainless with no threads. #2 Missing ceiling panel over dish machine. #3 Missing ceiling grid section over dish machine. Wrong ceiling tile over dish machine. #4 Block off hole on the left side of exhaust hood. #5 Leak observed in the ceiling above prep table. Note to file on 2-6-14 Brian Grove was notified to check the remainder of the ceiling tiles. The leak above the ceiling stained the ceiling tile.
