    Observation: Plumbing drain under the 3 compartment sink was backing up on the floor in the back of the kitchen.
    Correction: Plumbing systems and components shall be maintained in good repair.
    **Plumber was called while inspector was on site. Staff quickly cleaned up the water so it did not stand on the floor and present a hazard until the plumber could arrive and repair the issue.**
