NOTES: * The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection in conjunction with a complaint investigation. * Caller visited the facility on Monday Feb 24, around 3:30pm, he would like to report a case food poisoning from eating there, the only thing he had was Angus burger with cheese and bacon, he started feeling sick after 5 hours he had diarrhea and vomiting, did not go to the doctor. Reviewed the food processes of the Angus Burger from receipt to service. Angus Beef was observed at proper cold-holding temperature, prepared by employee with clean & gloved hands, prepared on a cleaned and sanitized food surface, reheated in microwave to 174 degrees at time of inspection, and then served to customer. Observed no risk during the food process at the time of inspection. Complaint to be notified of findings via phone call following inspection.
