  • Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. At server drink area hand sink and in bar area. Manager placed signs on hand sinks. **Corrected On-Site**
  • Basic - Unprotected ice machine in a customer/nonsecure area. Establishment needs locks on outdoor ice machines to protect ice.
  • High Priority - Raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food. In walk in cooler, container of raw shrimp over poached fish.

Chef voluntarily discarded.
