- Basic - Reach-in freezer gaskets torn/in disrepair. Observed on 2 door unit in kitchen next to ice machine.
- High Priority - Fresh garlic-in-oil/margarine/butter or product containing fresh garlic-in-oil/margarine/butter mixture held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed fresh garlic in oil mix at end of cookline with temperature range of 88-91°F at 12:11pm. Operator stated that the garlic mix had only been out in use since they opened at 11:30am. Inspector observed that where garlic mix was located is a high heat area and inspection was completed during peak lunch service. Advised operators to keep garlic mix 41°F or below when not in use and to only remove small portions from refrigeration when needed.
