Questions about SUBWAY #753:

I ordered (and PAID) for TWO footlongs to be delivered that never came. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, finally did, and the guy on the other end, got super angry, said they never got any orders (my card was charged $32 and change for 2 sandwiches!). We were at a nearby hotel, super hungry, and took the car to find the nearest location for a Subway, bite the bullet and buy another directly, in person. It took me forever online to find the directions for the #753 SUBWAY STORE that showed on my card transaction receipt.It is directly down the street from the hotel. In the store itself, neither of the two attending workers knew anything about my order, nor the store number location (THEIR STORE!!!) or whom to call / CONTACT to straighten this out. Seemed highly annoyed and bothered by my asking and were simply RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL//. So, I was charged BY THAT LOCATION for TWO footlong TUNA SANDWICHES , $ 32.80, did NOT RECEIVE THEM and the two men at that location didn't even know (or lied about it) their own store number!
