Establishment put a new grease trap and county inspectors will be in the establishment to inspect the work done. Manager stated that will be sealed on wednesday . Kitchen was not in operation at this moment. Told manager could not use kitchen while the floor is broken and pipes are exposed. This violation must be corrected by : 11-30-11.
