- High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee at drive thru went over to sink next to drive thru turned on water then got soap wet hands rubbed for approximately 5-6 seconds then dried hands and proceeded to work.
- High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Sausage links 54°F in pan of water at triple sink at 0840. Mgr stated that links hand been out for approximately 1 hr. Mgr poured water off link then place them in the walk in cooler. Second temp of links at 0900 links were 45°F. - High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Bottle of multi shield glass cleaner hanging on rack at drive thru with individual ketchup and jelly. Employee removed glass cleaner. **Corrected On-Site**
- High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb. Faucet with hose attached in the garbage enclosure behind the cardboard dumpster.
- Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance around soda dispensing nozzles. In the lobby at machine #1 the Dr. Pepper nozzle.
