  • High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Customer cut a customer's sandwich in half with bare hands. Discussed this with him and operator. **Warning**
  • High Priority - Employee washed hands with no soap. Certified Food Manager rinsed hand only and did so in triple sink prior to working with pizza dough. Discussed hand washing procedure, he then washed hands properly at hand wash sink, kitchen. **Warning**

Manager stated he does his own pest control, checked the pesticide, label states home pest control-indoor and outdoor. Discussed with manager the need to use product that is safe to use in kitchens. **Warning**
  • High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 10-12 rodent droppings in dry storage, on wood panels and on the floor underneath the sleeves. Droppings look semi shiny and others look dry. 24-hour follow-up per Doherty. **Warning**
  • High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Comet powder and paint spray bottle stored above bags of pita bread and bag in a box drinks, near white freezer. **Warning**

Tzaziki sauce, per manager was opened about a week ago. Corrective action taken, voluntarily discarded by manager. **Warning**

They are dirty, rude, disrespectful and this has been on many occasions. They need to send their delivery driver to an etiquette class. Love to spend my money in places that deserve it and they don't. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Owner touches money,doesn't correctly wash hands,and goes straight to prepare food.
Owner doesn't take a bath.
OWNER NEEDS DEODORANT!!!!!!
RESTAURANT FULL OF CIGARETTES SMOKE!
RESTROOMS WILL MAKE YOU THROW UP VIA SMELL,SEWAGE,AND L A C K OF CLEANLINESS!
RATTTTTT DROPPINGS " IN MY BLT PITA!" Owner doesn't care.
Parked truck,and witnessed DOO-DOO COMING UP OUT OF GROUND AT BACKDOOR.
FOOD POISONED TWICE!!!!! I wont be back!! Hair in my coffee!!! WTF?
Pizza slice wet and mushy! Had mystery meat on it! SMELLS LIKE RAT PISS;
