Observed Manager Taylor unable to locate a training certificate for any employee, on shift or not. Observed that owner has 2 locations within inspector's area and that staff members may float between the two locations as needed. Spoke with operator Jason Garrison by phone who stated that Taylor's training documents are at the other location and that he is going to have a meeting soon to train staff. Advised Mr. Garrison that for the employees that float between his two locations, the inspector would allow the original training certificate to be held at the employee's primary working location and that the inspector would accept a copy of the training certificate at the second location.
