- High Priority - Shell eggs held at room temperature with an ambient air temperature greater than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Shelled eggs on front of stove at cook line. Cook put eggs back in reach in cooler **Corrected On-Site**
- High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb. Faucet in the rear of establishment with red water hose attached next to fryer oil recycling unit.
