  • Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Under handsink at far end of cookline, under red light clock. Floor under wood grill and ice machine were also heavily soiled.

  • Basic - Open dumpster lid. Inspector observed two raccoons inside the dumpster eating.
  • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. 64°f real butter, product was not in the process of preparation or cooling. Manager stated that product would be discarded of after approx. 2 hours, however establishment could not provide a time procedure. Product was also not time marked. Inspector provided a time as a public health control form to the establishment.

Manager stated that product would be discarded of after approx. 2 hours, however establishment could not provide a time procedure. Product was also not time marked. Inspector provided a time as a public health control form to the establishment. Product was not stop saled, operator stated that it had been prepared approx. 30 mins from time of taking the temperature.
