Employee indicated batter was made less than four hours ago and left over batter is discarded.

Also observed 6 live roaches, in various stages of development, on prep table top behind table slicer. Also observed 6 live roaches, in various stages of development, on sticky bait tape on floor below prep table and 4 dead medium roaches directly on floor below same table along wall. Operator immediately killed all roaches on prep table and equipment. Note that a tall container of gravy was cooking on this table when observations were made.
