Comments:
Complaint received on 3/4/14 to FSHISD regarding mouse droppings cited on bread shelf.
Mr. Dalier inspected bread shelves and observed no evidence of mouse droppings at time of call. In addition, inspectors inspected areas where previous problems had been identified including the bakery, delicatessen, receiving area, and aisles storing crackers, rice and pet food. None of the areas showed any significant evidence of pest infestation. The establishment continues to take efforts to maintain their cleaning schedule in addition to increasing pest service following Feb. 6, 2014 closure. Program Manager notified of situation.

Complaint Notes: Discussed with the Store Manager about the complaint, he stated that the store does a daily rotation of grocery and prepared food, he stated that all food(cans and bags) are delivered within the sales dates. I went over the delivery invoices and all were within the dates, of the sale's shelves life. l conducted a thorough inspection and monitored food preparation and food storage procedures, no safety concerns were seen.
