The establishment does not have an employee health policy regarding the prevention of foodborne illness. I provided the establishment with a copy of the DC Food Code employee medical referral, reporting agreement, and interview forms. - Sewage & waste water properly disposed
The garbage disposal unit (food waste grinder) is connected to the drain at the bottom of one compartment of the 3-compartment sink. - Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
There is only one toilet room installed however the establishment is expected to have approximately 20 employees with about 6-8 per shift. - Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
The toilet room does not have a covered receptacle for the disposal of feminine hygiene products.
