Insects, rodents, & animals not present There are gaps at the top and bottom corners of the outer side doors. There are holes in the ceiling behind the walk-in refrigerator. There is a hole in the wall above the 3-compartment sink. Gaps exist around the kitchen columns at the ceiling. An opening in the wall adjacent to the window above the outer kitchen door needs to be closed. There are opening on the interior of wall in front of the walk-in refrigerator.
Nonfood-contact surfaces clean Grease and dust are accumulated on the ventilation hood.
