Observation: Nonfood contact surfaces found not clean. Several plastic storage bins full of kitchen items were found not clean due to failure to empty and clean the storage containers on a frequent basis.
Correction: Please clean the storage containers (container were emptied and cleaned).

Observation: Found lighting 28 FCS over prep area in kitchen. Found 9 bulbs not working in light fixtures in ceiling.
Correction: Please replace burned out bulbs in ceiling fixtures.
