    Observation: Morning Medley unit cold holding at 46 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Correction: Temperature adjusted and unit cold holding at 38 degrees Fahrenheit prior to conclusion of inspection. Improper food storage temperatures are a major contributing factor to foodborne illness.
