    Observation: Observed tiles broken on the tiled work table. This table is no longer easily cleanable.

    Correction: The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary.

    Observation: Observed the flooring in the walk-in cooler buckling and not sealed. Also, tiles missing in several areas in the kitchen.

    Observation: Observed grease on the floor around the fryer.

Please repair floor drain to mop sink and have it operate correctly. Found water on floor from overflowing drain and mop water being disposed in the 3 compartment sink. Mop water is to be disposed of properly.

    Observation: No consumer advisory for the smoked salmon on the menu. The smoked salmon is cold smoked and is not thoroughly cooked.

    Observation: Observed food particles in a pan of clean utensils. Also, upright freezer needs to be defrosted.

    Correction: Clean and sanitize.
