PIC has submitted a certificate of occupancy from the Fredericksburg Building Department. The water temperature at all handsinks in facility measured over 100'F. The water temperature in the 3 compartment sink measured 115'F. The leak under the 3 compartment sink has been repaired. Floors have been cleaned. The warmer and floors have been cleaned. Inspection conducted as a pre-opening for Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The following items need to completed prior to issuance of the permit: -Provide soap and paper towels at all handsinks throughout the facility. -Ensure all equipment, containers and utensils are washed and sanitized prior to the opening inspection. -Remove any shipping plastic/tape from equipment. -Handsinks in the kitchen measured at 95'F. Ensure the temperature measures at a minimum of 100'F. -Walk in Freezer not in operation at the time of inspection. Parts are on order and freezer should be repaired today. Please notify the health department once the freezer has been repaired for approval to order food. -Provide a thermometer for the loading station prep cooler. Provide a thermometer for taking the internal temperature of foods. -Ovens not yet provided. Will be installed today. -Facility has not received the occupancy permit from the building department. Please provide a copy to the health department once received. The following was discussed with the person in charge: -Employee health policy observed. -ServSafe Foodhandlers course info provided.
