During inspection observed employee failing to clean grill in between cooking, also observed the quarter meat grill top Teflon not fully secure. The issues stated may result in quarter meat not being fully cooked before service, correct.

Observed employees failing to set time on hot holding multiple times. Since the food was in temperatures there is no issue. If the food was not in temperature this observation would have resulted in a critical violation.
