Observation: Working containers of spray cleaners are not properly labeled.
Correction: Working containers of toxic items are to be properly labeled with contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents.

Correction: Provide ceiling to protect food from possible contamination.

Observation: Fruit flies/gnats seen in kitchen and all three bathrooms.
Correction: have pest contrrol company treat problem and follow their advice to control problem. Fax pest control report to me at Health Dept.
