    Observation: Pepsi cooler (1) in East side concession stand suite 1005 was observed in a state of disrepair.
    Correction: and (1) Pepsi cooler in suite 1007 to be replaced/non-operatonal.
  • Critical: Pests - Controlling Pests*
    Observation: Harborage conditions exist. (Evidence of live roach).
    Correction: Eliminate harborage conditions. Insects and other pests are capable of transmitting disease to man by contaminating food and food-contact surfaces.Pest Control company called for IPM prosedures to be accomplished, prior to operation opening day..
  • Physical Facilities - Cleaning Frequency and Restrictions
    Observation: All handsinks in the West & East side Concessions stands are noted in need of cleaning.
    Correction: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.

Concession stands consisted of The Main Terrence,West & East Stands,Loge Suite(Scholarship Lodge),End Zone/Private Tent vendors.Food available/sold is Pretzels,Nachos,Chips,Walking Taco,Candy,coffee,Hot chocolate,Drinks,Hot Dogs,Hamburgers,Popcorn.Gatorade.Post mix stations ok.Restrooms ok.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices
    Observation: There was no temperature measuring device located in the Pepsi cooler in the Terrance Concession Stand.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: True refrigerator/West Side Stand & True Refrigerator in the East stand #2 was observed in a state of repair and condition that prevents necessary maintenance and easy cleaning.
    Correction: Repair the units to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the equipment,replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces
    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the #4 Concession Stand had accumulations of Water in the service area flooring.
    Correction: Clean/Dispose of water on the surface/concrete area at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of water leakage which becomes a hazard.(Monitor Area for leak).
  • Hand Drying Provision
    Observation: No disposable towels were provided a the hand washing lavatory in the Concession Stand #3 & #4.
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
