The above observations and the following were discussed with the person in charge: -All soap for the soap dispenser's at the handsinks and the thermocouple are on order and will arrive on the delivery truck tomorrow. -Ensure ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized prior to use. -Facility is opening for training purposes only. Ensure all foods prepared during training are not served to the public. -Estimated opening set for Wednesday, December 2, 2015. Facility appears to be in substantial compliance with the Virginian Department of Health Rules and Regulations, permit has been issued.
