    Observation: Feta cheese, mango salsa, avocado salsa, corn, tomatoes, pico de gallo, and pepperoni in both deli-prep refrigerators were cold holding at improper temperatures. Queso in walk in cooler also at improper temperature (it was closest to the door - food closer to back was at proper temperatures).
    Correction: Deli-prep thermostats were adjusted to cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Walk in cooler door needs to remain completely closed when not entering or exiting to keep cold inside.

    Observation: The interior surfaces of the mechanical warewashing machine are soiled with (food debris, limescale) that may decrease the effectiveness of the unit.

    Observation: No disposable towels were provided at the hand washing lavatory in the @Location@
    Correction: Hand drying devices such as individual disposable paper towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or heated air hand drying device must be provided at all hand washing lavatories to encourage proper hand washing and avoid employees to drying their hands on their clothing or other unclean materials
