Employee health, no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods and hand washing was discussed. the 2013 Food Code requirements were also discussed. Thank You.

    Correction: Obtain a valid certified food service manager's card.
  • Mops - Drying Mops
    Observation: Mop not hung up to air dry.
    Correction: Wet use maintenance items such as mops must be hung in a position that allows them to air dry so they are not allowed to grow contamination which can then be spread through the establishment at the next use.
