Walk in cooler ambient temperature was 48 degrees. Discussed with CFM about monitoring temperature of walk in not knowing if walk in cooler is on a defrost mode currently, or if door was left open too long rechecked walk in temperature temperature is at 48 degrees. If temperature does not come down then remove all PHF's from walk in cooler and place in refrigeration unit until walk in cooler temperature is able to maintain below 41 degrees F. Met with and interviewed Daria Wright kitchen manager and left copy of inspection report with her.
