Spoke with management about the ongoing remodel. Crews were working on the exterior around the drive-thru with spurred the complaint. Advised the management that before work begins in the kitchen area, a set of plans and plan review application must be submitted to the Local Health Department.

    Observation: Less than 50 foot candles of light was noted in the rear area (drink storage area has bulbs out of order)
    Correction: Provide at least 50 foot candles at a surface where a food employee is working with food or working with utensils or equipment such as knives, slicers, grinders, or saws where employee safety is a factor
