The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a risk factor assessment Employee Health policy in place. Today, frozen foods were delivered from the approved supplier during inspection. Boxes of frozen foods were observed to be in good condition with no damage or thawing on boxes. Food workers inventoried the frozen foods and quickly placed into the freezer and refrigerator. Sani tizer observed within acceptable limit. No violations were observed during today's visit. Employees calibrated thermometers today. In the dry storage area, the manager has a designated area used to store damaged/dented cans. Facility does not serve preschool this year, but serves SACC and K-6th grade. Thank you. The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a risk factor assessment inspection in conjunction with a CD/Epi investigation. No violations were observed during today's visit. This facility receives the prepared salads from their central kitchen: South County High School. CFM records and retains food receiving temperature logs, hot holding temperature logs, equipment temperature logs and sanitizer level logs. All of the June 2015 logs were reviewed and within the correct requirements. No food service employees have been out sick during the last several weeks. Employee Health training has been conducted and posted in the employee locker room. EHS observed the sanitize level in the sanitizer basin and sanitizer solution buckets at the correct level of 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonium. All food thermometers were checked and observed calibrated correctly. Facility serves preschool, SACC and grades K- 6th grade. No violation noted during this evaluation. | 06/15/2015 | Routine | |
