    Observation: The roof is leaking in several areas, outside the old walk-in refrigerator, near the mop sink, men's restroom, and in the non smoking seating area. Ceiling paint peeling in the ice machine area and in other areas of the dishwashing room. Some unsealed wood on the ceiling in the dishwashing room. Faucet leaking at the stem at the three compartment sink faucet. The cold water faucet at the kitchen hand sink is very hard to turn on and off. Wall in poor repair below the AC unit at the bar. Ceiling in poor repair in the men's restroom.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.

    Observation: One outside trash can is missing a lid.

Cleaning of the physical facilities is an important measure in ensuring the protection and sanitary preparation of food. A regular cleaning schedule should be established and followed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary manner.
