Manager and employees knowledgeable and could answer questions on food safety risk factors and employee health. Employees observed washing hands, wearing and changing gloves frequently and when necessary during inspection. All foods were date marked on packaging as required. Temperatures kept on all refrigeration units and internal temperatures being monitored and a placed on a daily log sheet for all foods prepared. Training provided by management on food safety.
