Mioakie Farm is a full-service equestrian facility offer top-notch care for both horse and rider. We offer stall and pasture boarding, riding lessons, training and horses for sale. The stable is located within 15 minutes of the University of Illinois and Champaign-Urbana. Facilities include a new 12 stall stable with dedicated grooming area, heated tack room and restroom, washrack, 110' x 210' all-weather arena suitable for dressage and jumping work, large grassy pastures and a galloping/hacking track around the perimeter of the farm. Plans for a cross-country course are being developed. Riding lessons for beginner through more advanced students are available as well as a nice selection of horses for sale. We can accept payment for goods and services by credit card through PayPal.
Riding lessons start at $30, with discounts for package lesson purchases. Students of any age and skill are welcome--we have a variety of school horses available to meet all needs. Lessons focus on building solid basic skills allowing riders to easily transition to more advanced dressage, jumping and cross-country training.

Several different boarding options are available:
Basic Stall Board is $265 and includes:
Daily stall cleaning, 3 feedings per day, water buckets cleaned daily, daily turnout in small groups (2 or 4 horses) on grass fields with run-in shelters, blankets/fly wear changed as needed, application of owner supplied fly spray as needed.
Regular Stall Board is $290 and includes the above plus:
De-worming program (daily de-wormer plus paste wormer twice per year, supplied and administered), farrier service scheduled and horse held for farrier (includes replacing lost shoes), vet service scheduled and horse held for vet, shoes checked and hooves cleaned after turnout.
Basic Pasture Board is $165 and includes:
Feeding twice per day and blankets/flywear changed as needed
Regular Pasture Board is $190 and includes:
Feeding twice per day, blankets/flywear changed as needed, de-worming program & farrier and vet service (see details above)
