--The far right cabinet under the coffee prep area has a shelving unit that is starting to fray and warp. Replace / seal the shelving unit to ensure the surface is smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent, furthermore maintaining the shelf in good repair.
- Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
--Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.of dust, debris, crumb, and splash. Clean the air intake on the compressor located under the coffee island in order to eliminate debris build up.
- Plumbing Facilities in Good Repair, Cross Connection Prohibited, Scheduled Inspections, Cleaning Water Reservoirs (46.825(b)-(e))
--The faucet located at the hand washing sink on the coffee counter does not stop turning making it difficult to determine the hot and cold settings. Fix /replace the faucet so the temperature can be adjusted by staff knowingly not guessing the temperature settings.
- Certified Food Manager (CFM)
--The food facility does not employee a Chester County Health Department certified food manager as required. An employee has attended an approved training class, but has not applied for the CCHD CFM License. Danielle Ameil will most likely be the CCHD CFM for this facility. E-mail / fax the serve safe certification or equivalent and the Department will mail the CFM application.
