KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the WIC the following PHF's had the following temperatures: made on site taco meat 48 F milk 53 F baked potatoes 47 F sliced cheese 47 F shredded cheese 47 F made on site gravy 47 F portion cups of sour cream 47 F portion cups of salsa 48 F. PIC said the items have all been in the WIC since 10/06 or before. COS, VD. Raw meats were purchased this morning and put in the WIC at approximately 9:30 AM. KDA_4_20311 - --There are two thermometers in the WIC but neither one is reading the correct temperature. KDA_4_30111 - --The WIC is not holding PHF's at 41 F or below. Ambient temperature 46.8 F. PIC said she has been having trouble with the WIC and a repairman has been working on it. KDA_4_60111C - --There are storage containers on shelves with sticky residue built up on them.
