- KDA_6_501111A - --Fresh rodent droppings (all numbers approximate): 10 in the break room on the floor behind the reach in cooler, and in the south dry storage: six on the floor at the east end by the red shelf, 10 at the east end on a pallet of country lane cat food, and in the retail area, 10 at the southeast corner by a red shelf and cat food. As per the person in charge, they have a hired pest control service that sets out rodent bait stations and mechanical traps. Pest control methods observed were unidentified open rodent bait blocks, rodent bait stations, and two kinds of mechanical traps.
- KDA_6_501112 - --One dead mouse on the floor in the south dry storage behind the adult formula dog food.
- KDA_6_50112A - --Not cleaning up rodent droppings. Also, old rodent droppings in the following locations: in the southeast corner of the south dry storage by cat litter, and on retail shelves by chicken scratch grain and bagged minerals.
- KDA_7_20612 - --Unidentified rodent bait blocks set out in the following locations, all in the south dry storage: one on a shelf behind a box of de-wormer, one behind the pro-plan dog food, one on the floor at the far east end by the red shelf, one on the southeast side on the floor by adult formula dog food, two on the southwest side on the floor behind the deer corn, and two in the same area on the floor behind a grill. Suggest pilling everything away from the walls and checking the shelves to make sure all of this is removed. Also, try to find out who set it out and see if they remember where all of it is, and remove it.
