The person in charge said they were both cooking oil. KDA_3_30414B1 - --The sanitizer bucket located next to the register utilizes Quaternary Ammonia and measured at 0ppm. COS-the person in charge replaced the sanitizer and it measured at 200ppm. KDA_3_50116A2 - --In make table 3 there were individual bags of pre-cooked steak at 45.0F. The person in charge said they were portioned around 11:00am and were tempted around 1:10pm (less than 4 hours). The ambient air temperature of the unit was reading 38.6F. COS-placed them in the reach in cooler. On the counter in a plastic container there were individual packets of butter (cream/milk) at 74.5F. The person in charge said they were placed out around 11:00am and tempted around 1:20pm (less than 4 hours). COS-placed in a RIC. KDA_4_60111A - --On the small utensil rack out front there were 3 square metal food grade containers with dried food debris and oil left on them and stacked clean (can hold bacteria). COS-moved to the ware wash area. On the utensil rack across from the 3 compartment sink there were two (1/6) plastic food grade containers with dried food debris on them and stacked clean. There was also two plastic food grade containers with date stickers left on the rim and stored clean (can hold bacteria). COS-moved to the ware wash area. KDA_7_20111B - --There were 2 bottles of ice machine cleaner and one bottle of ice machine sanitizer being stored directly on top of the ice machine. COS-removed chemicals.
