KDA_3_60211B2 - --Cookies at front counter, with no ingredients listed or available for the consumer. COS cut the ingredient label from the box and posted for public view.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Rubber scraper, not in use, with chips in the food contact surface. COS trashed by the PIC.
KDA_5_20515B - --Back hand sink not in operation, due to leaking as said by the PIC.
KDA_6_30114 - --No hand washing sign posted in the men's toilet room. COS (corrected on site) issued and posted.
KDA_7_10211 - --A bottle of degreaser and a sanitizer bucket, as said by PIC, both with the common name not legible on the containers. COS labeled both.
