4-302.14 - --The quaternary ammonia test strips in the bakery and the produce areas are expired as of 2-1-14. The test strips in the meat department do not expire until 2016. The assistant manager is getting new test strips in to replace in the other departments.

KDA_5_20412 - --The carbonator for the soda pop machine is inaccessible. It is a cold carbonation set up and the carbonator is usually located built into the machine (usually directly underneath it) - Per the soda pop company when called on 1/28/15 during the routine inspection. There is a wall built in front of the machine that makes it so the bottom of section of the machine cannot be checked to verify the backflow prevention on the carbonator.
KDA_6_30112 - --The hand sink in the bakery did not have a supply of paper towels. The employees said that they are using the paper towels sitting near the sink. Upon checking, there were no paper towels near the sink to be used. Corrected on Site (COS) - the employees found the missing paper towels and brought them to the sink. The assistant manager had the paper towel dispenser refilled during the inspection.
