Description: Once the domain of cannery workers and commercial fishermen, this bar has had a loyal clientele for longer than most of its barkeeps can recall. Along with many of the older properties in Little Italy, the narrow bar has been spruced up, but it’s still a congenial, homespun, fun, and casual hangout. It’s open for beer and breakfast from 6:00 a.m. There’s live music in a variety of formats after 9:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and never a cover charge.
