General Comments that relate to this Inspection The items noted on the opening inspection conducted on 1/7/2016 have been corrected.Tankless water heater size checked to be ok.Handwashing signs are posted at all hand sinks.One Certified Food Protection Manager employed full time as of this time; ServSafe certificate of CFPM is posted. Facility is in compliance with CFPM requirement.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.1) Install floor tiles where missing by drive through window.2) Repair loose base tiles on wall next to walk-in cooler door.3) Seal holes in FRP walls next to soda dispenser and between hot holding cabinet and prep sink areas.4) Reattach FRP panel to wall above the prep sink.5 Raise drain lines of ice machine and soda dispenser and prep sink to provide required one inch air gap above the floor sink.Must correct the items above by 1/21/2016.New tankless water heater was installed; will ceck for proper size for hot water requirements of facility.Walk-in cooler at 35 F.Walk-in freezer at -2 F.Chlorine sanitizer in 3-compartment sink at 100 ppm concentration. Sanitizer in wiping cloths' buckets between 50 and 100 ppm.Noted all hand sinks stocked and functional.Facility has glove use policy to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Employees are trained on proper hand washing and glove use.Products in cold holding checked at below 41 F.Products in hot holding checked at above 135 F.RIsk category 2 assigned. Facility has two Certified Food Protection Managers. both passed exam in 2015 on first attempt. ServSafe certificates are posted. Facility is in compliance with CFPM requirement as of this day.
