General Comments that relate to this Inspection -All refrigeration units equipped with thermometers and holding at or below required temperatures-Restroom hand sink and back room hand sink functional with hot and cold running water-Facility clean and in good conditionThe following must be corrected prior to operating:-ensure back hand sink is stocked with paper towels for proper employee hand washing prior to bagging ice*Ok to issue permit to operate*Facility will be a Risk Category 1 - No certified food protection manager required. Observed hot dog machine (not in use) at facility. Facility not currently approved for hot dog preparation and service - Facility must install a 3-comp. sink and additional hand sink and apply for a WCHD snackbar permit prior to adding hot dog/open food service.
