    Observed shelves for storing clean coffee pots dirty. These shelves should be thouroghly cleaned on a routine basis.

    Observed pipe in walk in freezer that appears to have frozen and broke. Water has dripped down from frozen pipe to boxes of food. This pipe should be repired within 30 days.

    Sandwich reach ins at 39F and 40F.Walk in fridge at 40F.Ice cream reach in freezer at -18F.Ice is from Arctic Glacier. Food storage good.No chemicals stored next to foods.Good expiration dates observed on dry goods.*Discussed product rotation and proper labeling of previously frozen burritos and hamburgers with operator. Operator must ensure product is labeled with a discard date of 7 days from the date product is pulled from freezer.

    Observed ice forming on the pipes in the walk-in freezer. The unit was also in defrost mode and I observed water dripping from the fan unit. Unit needs to be fixed to prevent the formation of ice and dripping water to prevent the contamination of food. Suggest not storing food under ice and where water is dripping from unit until repaired. Operator called for repair to unit during inspection.
