| Overall excellent. Clean well maintained facility. Minimal menu offered for breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. with no raw meats, or leftovers. No food out or prepared during visit. Good food temperatures, and storage. Gloves present. Dishes sanitized by dish machine, and bleach present as alternate sanitizing method. Discussed, employee health, good practices, one staff member ill, and absent from work. Discussed eight major allergens. Flyers given for both. Discussed upcoming requirement to post notice that sanitation inspection reports are available on the Virginia Department of Health website under restaurant inspections.
