There were no visible signs of pest presence on premises noted during this inspection. The concentration of the quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer at the 3-compartment sink was checked and observed to be acceptable at, 200 ppm. | The purpose of this visit was to conduct a routine inspection. No violations observed during today's inspection. Observed separate area for storing dented cans. Food worker calibrated thermometer this morning using ice bath method and found accurate. Sanitizer measured at an acceptable level. Observed proper hand washing and gloving technique by several employees. Facility noted in neat, clean and orderly condition. Observed proper procedure for receipt of food, including the sanitizing of the thermometer probe prior to taking a receipt temperature. Employee health policy in place.
