All risk factors were corrected during the inspection. Interior storage room (non-food supplies) is being used to store lawn mowers, gas cans, and trimmers. Recommend an outside storage unit be purchased to store lawn maintenance equipment. The space where the floor mounted grease trap is located has a foul odor. The grease trap is scheduled to be cleaned out next week. Health Permit Renewal issued.

Dishmachine checked for proper sanitizer concentration using the provided test strips. Remember to set-up the sanitizer wiping cloth bucket(s) prior to the start of cooking.
