    Observation: The food-contact surfaces of the following equipment were not observed sanitized: plates and tablewear run through the dish machine and in 3-compartment sinks. Sanitizer in 3-c sink was at 0ppm, and final rinse of dish machine was at 140F.
    Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use.
