    Observation: No sanitizer was coming out of the dishwasher, PIC primed the line and the solution was being dispensed, 5 minutes later the dishwasher was not dispensing the proper amount of solution, the machine was primed and air bubbles were still in the sanitizing line.
    Correction: Repair the unit to restore chemical sanitization. The regional manager has been called during this inspection. This has been a continuous problem since the facility has been operating. A risk control plan was set up with the manager to check the dishwasher twice a day, this has been done and the log stated that the correct amount was being dispensed. Inorder for the machine to be used, the sanitizing level should be checked everytime the dishwasher is used.
