| At the facility following auto-activation of the fire suppression system alarm. In addition to my phone conversation with the Fire Marshal, the manager of the restaurant informed me that he was instructed by the Marshal not to use the ovens and fryer in the affected area until the problem is solved. While I was still in the restaurant, the maintenance/repair crew came in to work on the system. The manager was instructed to contact the Fire Marshal following completion of repair and the resultant normal function/operation of the system. No fire incident and/or evidence of such was noted during my observation. The manager also confirmed there was no fire but probable malfunction of the alarm system.
