    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Owner will be buying a new refrigerator. Will store TCS food in another refrigerator in the hotel that can hold it at 41 F or below temporarily.

    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Refrigerator turned down during inspection. Monitor temperature of this unit - should be around 38 F to hold food at 41 F or below.
